A buyer has contacted me to say the item I sold them over 3 years ago is a fake
A buyer has just contacted me to say an item I sold them over 3 years ago is a fake. She has only just found out.
One, I would never have sold a fake.
Two, how can I be sure that the item she wants to return and have a full refund for is the item I sold her.
Please can someone advise, I have tried contacting eBay support but get absolutely nowhere with the automated chat!!
