A buyer can not pay for an item
A buyer in America has bought a product but can not raise an invoice or pay because he gets a message seller does not ship to America. I have checked my postal preferences and I have no countries excluded and I am part of the international shipping programme. Please advice what either of us need to do

OP3 days agoThank you. That’s interesting. I will need to log into my account properly on a laptop/computer. Something is amiss as it shows from my end I am enrolled on the international shipping programme. Thank you. Will get that dorted
