A buyer bought 2 seperate items
A buyer bought 2 Simon’s speakers listed individually.
eBay has created one every shipping label and it looks like it’s charging me for part of the label costs.
do I need to send the items separately or in one package as I’m worried I won’t get the money for one item if I post together. But then I only have one label.

Mentor1 year agoThe only reason payment would be withheld is because you are a new seller, and also of course you could not prove delivery of both.
Once you have a track record of feedback and sales, money is released within 24 hours, even before posting to buyer. Sometimes I have had money released within a few hours of payment, but I always post next day.

Mentor1 year agoYou do need 2 labels if this was 2 separate orders, and buyer paid for 2 postage labels.
Contact Customer Services this morning, I recommend contacting CS at 8 a.m. that's when the lines open for ' live agents', and then there's more chance of Dublin answering. Explain the situation and that you need another Evri label, they should provide this for you.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.
Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.
I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
