A box has come up giving me an option to change from a large letter to a small parcel? | Member To Member Support

I have sold an item that simple delivery says is a Royal Mail Large Letter. However when I click on the postage, a drop down box allows me to change to a Small Parcel. It says at the top of the drop down box, that I will not be charged. I am not sure whether to change it or not. Has anyone changed the postage and they have definitely not been charged? I would really like to know.
