96 active listing and none of them are getting views. What is going on with my ebay account

I have 96 active listing but they are not getting any views I spoke to ebay customer service they are being very unhelpful they not helping me at all when I try and set up a campaign it shows N/A under ad rate impact this show thst ebay cannot generate listing views impressions this is why I am not getting views their so many technical issue on this ebay account ebay refuses to fix this ie unfair and very unprofessional why am I being harassed by ebay my ebay items are not showing on top of the search results and alot of people use ebay. Why no views and why is my campaign not showing good medium or excellent why is it showing N/A I tried speaking to ebay about this but they refused to fix this problem they just don’t know how unprofessional can someone please help or speak to ebay about my ebay account ever since ebay started asking people to promote listing my listing views have dropped it totally mess up ebay althorgrium and cassni why is ebay cassni or ebay althorgrium not catching my ebay listing I hope they are not downgraded my ebay account because I want to know why that why my ebay listing are not showing on ebay search results this is absolutely disgusting and a time waster joke and user
