£50 eBay coupon lost after seller cancelled order, is there anything I can do?

I recently purchased a Pokémon card on eBay for £130 and used a £50 eBay coupon, so I effectively paid £80. After the sale, the seller forgot they had the card listed and I had to remind them to ship it. They then told me the card had increased considerably in value and asked what I was willing to pay. They offered to sell it to me for £200 instead of the original £130. I declined and said I wanted to proceed with the original purchase. They were super pushy, but I still declined. They then said they wanted to keep the card and sell it for more, so they relisted the card.
The seller then cancelled the order. They later apologised and admitted they should have gone through with the sale, but by then my original purchase and coupon had been cancelled.
I understand I'll receive a refund for the money I paid, but I'm concerned about the £50 eBay coupon I used, as I don't appear to have received it back.
Has anyone had a similar situation? Is there any way to have the £50 coupon reinstated or receive equivalent compensation from eBay when the seller unfairly cancels the order? Any advice would be really appreciated no worries if not.

Mentor3 weeks ago · EditedWhat reason did the seller use to cancel the sale. If he used buyers request you should report for abuse of the system. Any of the other reasons available give the seller a defect which can damage the sellers account.

Mentor3 weeks agoI don’t think the voucher is transferable so to speak. They are one time use only.
I hope you left the seller a negative feedback for messing you around so much.
