49 listings and none show in results.

Ive got 49 listings up currently. I thought it was quiet and when I tested a few listings (opened a new ebay tab and searched for keywords in my titles) none of my listings are showing in results, even when I paste the EXACT listing words into the search, nothing is showing. Im paying for sposored listings too but to not even show up in any results is baffling! Any thoughts?

As @tommystrezures says, you are currently on 'time away', until 22nd February.

When you schedule time away, one of the options is to pause your listings. If that was your choice, then your listings are hidden so they won't show up in searches or, if another member clicks on your listings, they won't see anything.

When scheduling your time away, keep in mind:

If you choose today's date, a message at the top of your listings letting buyers know you're on time away will display within minutes. It will take a few hours to update the estimated delivery date for your listings. If you chose Pause item sales, it will take a few hours for your listings to be hidden '

Its now Friday morning and I can't see any listings live, all I get is this seller is away and that you have sold something like 18 or so items this year so far.

I can't see any listings under your "View listings". If you only put them on this evening it may take some hours for them to show up. If still no joy contact ebay in the morning and ask them. You can ask them to ring you here:
