3rd Party Postage and refunds - Unable to contact Support since 3rd Jan | Member To Member Support

Hi I've mentioned this before and starting to get annoyed with this now. I'm unable to contact support to make them aware as the chat is grayed out. I've spoke to admins on the forums before and still no luck. Due to the size of the multiple items (all sizes and dimensions correct when listing) as 10 was ordered, I'm unable to use the pre-paid label provided by eBay. So I was forced to buy a 3rd party one to cover the postage and get it to to customer. I've now been refunded the postage for this, however it's now put the item back in my 'Dispatch' and has been marked as 'OVERDUE' since the 7th of Jan. I'm unable to contact customer service of manually mark the item as dispatched, what do I do now? I'm at a complete loss and this will affect the metrics on my seller account. Please can someone from eBay themselves contact me regarding this as it's now been close to 3 weeks with no resolution. Kind regards,Gem
