3D Jigsaw received but did not order - sent by mistake
Hi.....we have received a 3D jigsaw sent to us in error as we did not order it...it has been sent to us by mistake by a seller ....please could someone let me know what to do because I do not want to keep it as I have not paid for it....on the back of the parcel the sender gives the reference number 12.7NZ4 OFR....help please and thanks

Mentor1 month agoIf there's any sign of a return address (it may be in very small font on the address label) then cross out yours and write 'return to sender' with an arrow pointing to the sender address on it.
If not, hang on to it for a couple of weeks then donate it to a charity shop.
