28 day return policy
I ordered an air fryer that was delivered July 2026. Air fryer is now not working and seller won’t refund as outwith 28 days. When I purchased this item I expected it to at least last longer than 2 months. Seller doesn’t seem to be interested in customer service 😡

Mentor3 weeks agoYou have 30 days to return an item that's not as described via eBay’s Money Back Guarantee/Buyer Protection, same for PayPal.
If you paid with a debit/credit card or ApplePay you have 120 days to issue a not as described chargeback so you're still in time to do that.

Mentor3 weeks agoIt is not 28 days, it is the 30 day money back guarantee, and you are well outside this and ebay will not be interested. There is a link on every listing, suggest you click and read it.
Contact your payment company to see if they can help.
Paypal if used only allows 30 days.
