Hi, I sold my item 23mm Sewer Inspection Camera Head Professional IP68 Waterproof Pipe Drain Endosc, but the buyer decided that he wants to return it. I confirmed the return and refund and payed for the return postage. Some time later, the buyer asked me about the return label. I received an information that eBay will send a return label for the buyer. unfortunately, the buyer did not receive it until today. Could you help me, please?

OP10 months agoThe buyer didn't receive the return label. that's why he can't use it

Mentor10 months agoIf you accepted the return the buyer should have received the label automatically unless they are outside the UK. In which case they can't get one through ebay. You can ask them to buy the return postage themselves and you reimburse them using Paypal or similar.

Mentor10 months agoIf you paid for a label via ebay you won't be charged if it's not used. It might be best to contact ebay and ask them to check what's happened to it. You can request a callback on here:

OP10 months agoDo I need to separately order courier delivery, like exam Royal Mail, and send the returm lable throug the eBay?
