£220 in promotional listing fees by accident, what can I do?

I have charged £220 and reached out to ebay by phone and email for help as it was a genuine user error but had no response., its been 3 days.

All the fees were accumulated on one item worth £280 that didn't even sell, I had no idea that the costs were mounting up over the 7 weeks it was listed (a tent). Has anyone been in a similar situation, what did you do? The threat of debt collectors is very worrying

You agreed to listing fees when you sent item to auction,

Relists are also charged.

If ebay have refused to refund you, there is nothing more you can do.

Ebay are quick to pass debts onto collection agents.
