2 unpaid items under my account stopping me buying
2 items I've purchased in the last few month have been marked as "cancelled" on my account and
Cancellation reason
Buyer hasn't paid
I collected these items, and paid the sellers cash. I was happy with them and was unaware there was a problem.
I am now trying to make an offer on an item, and getting a message the seller has blocked sellers with unpaid items in their history. I assume the sellers have marked them unpaid, and case closed so they didn't have to pay seller fees? Is there a way to get these removed?

Mentor6 months agoI doubt ebay would remove unpaid strikes as both you and sellers have broken the rules, and what evidence do you have of payment. Sellers could not mark as paid even if they wanted to, and even if you had receipts that would not be sufficient.

With two unpaid item strikes, a lot of sellers will automatically block you.
It does seem unfair on you - the sellers should not have allowed cash on collection and to then mark the items as 'unpaid' has had a negative effect on you.
You could try contacting Ebay Customer Services to see if those 'strikes' can be removed.
