2 orders 1 postage label charged for two
I sold 2 different items to same person so I purchased 1 label and then added tracking number to other to show dispatched, but on the order I have been deducted for 2 postage labels even though I only bought one.
Does anyone know what I can do to get back the cost for the other postal charge?
