2 items, 1 destination, 2 tracking numbers
I sent 2 items to the same place in a single parcel.
However, they were listed separately, so the generated label has given a different tracking number to each.
Can I edit that so they have the same tracking number?
Why do I even have a second tracking number when I didn't print the label?

Mentor1 week agoYou cannot edit tracking.
To combine, so that you have one tracking for two items, with buyers agreement you should cancel sales and then relist as one item. Time consuming and risk of losing sales.
Buyers should place items in shopping basket then pay for one item. Unfortunately ost buyers are not aware of this way round the delivery problem.
Putting both items in one package, means that you will only have proof of delivery for one item.
It is time ebay made Simple Delivery, Simple and not so inflexible!
