£15 voucher for making a sale
I recently received an offer for Ebay if I made a sale I would receive a £15 voucher. I made a sale above the £10 but I’m yet to receive the £10 voucher. Has anyone else had this happened to them. How can I get the voucher that was promised?

Mentor1 week agoWithout knowing the terms of the offer it is impossible to say, you do refer to £15 and £10
, which is it?

Contact CS hopefully they can explain what went wrong or if you are still eligible for that voucher.
It's not easy to contact an agent but go top of any eBay page click on Help & Contact to bring you to.... ' How Can We Help You ....' and keep typing in.... Speak to an agent.
Or use this link, it will bring you to the same spot.

Best time to contact is 8 a.m. on weekdays, and there's more chance of Dublin answering.
