1 year warranty on iphone
I purchased a iphone in May with 1 year warranty it’s now not working have spent hours with provider who tell me that it’s a fault with the phone
Can anyone tell me what to do next

Mentor10 months agoebay only allow 30 days for claims and don't get involved with warranties. Contact your payment provider and see if they can help with refund or chargeback.

Mentor10 months agoDepending on the issue and model number have you approached Apple, to see if they can help, also have you a good little telecom fixer near where you live who may be able to diagnose the issue? We have a couple who have small shops etc.
It depends though ultimately who the warranty is with, the buyer or the manufacturer. But I warn you you are on you own as ebay wont be interested as its outside their 30day MBG

do you think they may be able to help
Everything works accept i can’t make calls
I did contact Apple and they quoted a price which was almost double what I
paid!!
