1 year subscription only lasts 2 months

Question

I bought a 1 year YouTube premium plan but after 2 months it stopped working. Have I lost the 10 months worth of the money?

Could I get a full/partial refund?

Unfortunately because it's been 2 months, no other options on the website is available to take this further and complain.

Is the seller responsible?

Seller just say contact support payment provider but there's no way of doing that with an item bought 2 months ago

Why can’t you try your payment provider? Time (two months) does not come into it, but whether they will help depends on their terms and conditions.

Digital items are not covered by MBG. Anyway it is past that the 30 day limit.
