·6 months agoI assume you have made a purchase that came with the 'Ebay Refurbished Guarantee'.
You need to find the details of the guarantee and contact the seller.
You can't start a return through Ebay as you usually would as the guarantee is offered by the seller and is separate to the Ebay Money Back Guarantee.
Details are here:

Your seller guarantee information
All Refurbished items come with a minimum 12-month seller guarantee (available on orders sent to a Mainland UK delivery address). The guarantee covers any defects in functionality.
Once your order has been confirmed, the seller will send you a separate email with details of the seller guarantee, what's covered and their contact information. Alternatively, this information will be included in the parcel when the item is sent to you.
Please make sure you hold on to this information for the duration of the guarantee.

Mentor6 months agoeBay don't offer warranties. Their deadline for claims is only 30 days. If it's more than that but less than 120 days try your payment provider, assuming the seller is not being helpful.
