Hello, on November 12, I bought an iPhone 16 pro max, and it said that this was a self-call only, I contacted the seller before the purchase and discussed that you were far from me and I needed delivery, to which he agreed to send it via delivery, I paid for the goods and he then asked for the collection code so he could to send the product , since this is the first time I buy the product on this site, I told him this code and after that he does not send the product and writes that he sent it and then writes again that he will bring it himself, today it has already been 2 days, but there is no action on his part
How do I get my money back now?

·10 months agoYou really should not have given the seller the collection code. This is evidence that you do have the item.
I would suggest you contact Ebay and get them to look at the messages between you and the seller which confirm that they should be posting the item and offer to deliver it to you.
Ask them for a refund because you have not received the phone.
