Full refund probs
I'm trying to give a refund to a buyer but it won't let me put the full amount in £9.76 plus p&p, it comes up as wrong amount. What am I doing wrong.

·1 week agoIf you used simple delivery the buyer paid the postage to ebay and when you cancel they will refund the postage to the buyer.

OP1 week agoSorry, I didn't give full details. I accidentally clicked on InPost, and being new to it totally messed it up. So, long story short the parcel is still in the InPost box, probably lost forever, getting nowhere with eBay & InPost, just want to give the buyer the full amount. Thanks.

·1 week agoAsk the buyer to open a "not received" case. ebay should issue the refund.
