sellers protection ignored
I am a private seller and sent a item using e bay simple postage, item not received and tracking shows i dropped off at post office and now demanding i refund buyer and not adhering to their sellers protection policy . What Can i do?

·1 month agoYou nay need to contact ebay and tell them it was simple delivery and point them to their own guidance. Some of these cases seem to slip through for some reason.

·1 month agoThe buyer should open a case for item not received. Under Simple Delivery rules, eBay will refund the buyer and you get to keep the payout.
