Sellers postage label has expired
I bought an item about 4 weeks ago, but asked the seller to hold onto it for me for a few weeks as there would be no one in to receive it. He happily agreed, but now he can't send it as the postage label has expired - neither one of us realised this. Help please. Ive managed to find out he could have "void" the label but the 14 days are up

·1 month agoHe should have cancelled the transaction and relisted when you were able to buy. If it's still within 30 days he can do that now. It will issue a refund, then he should relist with new postage for you to buy again.
