Seller cancels my order stating incorrectly 'buyer asked to cancel'
I did not ask to cancel my order.
Seller is playing the system.
I want to provide negative feedback and get ebay to take action .. but ..
How do I get through the ebay ai labyrynth they call customer service ?
Any advice welcome

·3 months agoHere's the link to report the seller: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/action?topicid=4022 - you can do that without speaking to ebay. You can also leave feedback although you may have to wait seven days to leave a negative or neutral.
