Prescription glasses and sunglasses
I posted some prescription glasses and sunglasses on Ebay, but my posting has been removed by Ebay. I didn't realise this was a prohibited item, but I can see that there are plenty of other people selling prescription glasses (secondhand). Any advice please? I have the option of appealing to Ebay, but I'm not sure whether this is worth it. How are other people able to post?

Thank you for your post.
It was correct that these listings were removed as they are not allowed to be sold on site. I would advise not to relist them. As there is millions of listings on the eBay platform its likely these other sellers listings have not been flagged as of yet. Once they are they will be removed. If sellers continue to list these then they run the risk of having restrictions on their account.
