damaged parcel
brought a wheelchair when it was delivered the package was so damaged I refused it, set up a return was told to contact seller so I did they told me to cancel the return as l had nothing to send and open a did not receive, I did this a found I cannot open a did not receive and ebay tell me to contact seller they tell me to speak to ebay what do I do

·3 months agoYou should never refuse delivery of an item as that invalidates eBay's Money Back Guarantee. As others have stated you willh have ro try contacting your payment provider now.

·3 months agoIt’s between you and the seller basically. Even eBay state in some of their pages to not simple refuse a parcel and assume that acts as a return. The returns must always be processed via eBay’s return process.
The seller has played you though by asking you to cancel the return (possibly accidentally)
You’d need to go to your payment provider now to look to do a chargeback if the seller isnt being supportive.

·3 months agoSorry, but you should not have refused it. The courier has probably marked it as received but of course you have nothing to send back now. Try contacting your payment provider and ask them about a refund of chargeback. Best of luck.
