There is an eBay AI Activate programme available for business sellers that you can apply to. It has training sessions on how to use the AI tools. Please see more details on it here.
Personally, I would suggest not using AI for your descriptions as many peeps have posted here, that those descriptions, and I agree, stand out that they have not been written by the seller, and do not fully describe said item. Write your own descriptions, take good photos, it will attract more buyers.
As to how to generate more sales, I cannot see the items you wish to sell, but as a tip, check out others selling the same as you, check out their prices and sell for a little less. Buyers will always select the cheapest if they are presented many of exactly the same item.
