hi there, i was the winning bidder for a mini car and it says cash on collection, ive try'd to contact the people who placed the car for sale via message about collecting the car but only had one response saying the car is in storage and they need to clean it but they will get back to me the following day to let me know when i can collect it. i still havent herd anything back from them and its been four days since there last message and i have message'd them every day for a week now. can i cancel the winning bid that ive done if so how? i really think that the sale'r of the car has changed there mind about the sale of the car because i won it at a very cheep price. i also would like to report this to ebay and leave bad feed back but i dont know how i can do this? when i try to cancel the order it has a list of reasons to cancel but my reason is not listed? can anyone help or can ebay please contact me to help me sort this problem out. thanks
