·4 months agoNew listings, when put in any price the box is hi-lighted in red and error says it has to be over 99p (which it is!)
cannot go any further due to this, happens with my husbands and my accounts and has been doing it for months, EBay bots/agents fail to help even with screen shots sent!
We have used Autotrader now as cannot sell our car on eBay due to this!

The issue that was resolved on this thread was users were unable to type in a price. The one you have mentioned here looks to be different as its allowing a price to be entered but giving you an error message that it needs to be over 99p when it is.
Can you let me know what browser you use when doing the listing and if you have tried another browser?
Do you have a draft listing on your account for when you tried to list it? I can use this to log it with tech as I can only use the details of your account.

·4 months agoThis is on the app and through Safari browser, both same issue
my husband did previously have a vehicle for sale a year ago and when he tried to reduce the price it wouldn’t allow him to change it then, so eBay had to do it.

A ticket was opened with tech for this issue with vehicle listings over the weekend. I will add your accounts to the ticket and once tech provide an update on the fix I will update the thread.
