Selfie verification issue
Hi, can someone here to help me! I have tried to do verify my identity by taking selfie and government issued ID, but ebay app keep saying to allow it to access my camera and microphone. I also have allowed the permission from my phone setting. The issue is still not able to sort. Can someone advise and help please!

Could you please elaborate this further? As in is the issue that you are not able to open the camera to upload the photo of your ID and/or selfie, or once you upload the details in question they are being declined?
If the issue is uploading the details in question, you can try deleting and reinstalling the app, and you could try restarting your device as well. If the issue is that your details are being declined, you'd need to double check that all the information is correct and clear and try again.

·2 weeks ago · EditedIt's always best doing any verification or adding personal account details, on a laptop / PC and not the app which is quite limited it its capabilities.
Try it from that device.
