EBay thinks I’m overseas

I am trying to sell on EBay but EBay thinks I’m overseas. I get this message. Can anyone advise?

By any chance do you use VPN? If so, we might be picking up a different location because of the VPN. If that's not the case, could you please upload a screenshot where you see this, so we can report it for you?

If reregistering or making any other changes, best to use a PC/Laptop.

·3 weeks agoYou are being redirected to Philippines Customer Service to complete verification --- where are you based/registered ?.
If registered outside the UK it is no longer possible to transfer Account details between Country sites --- you may need a newly UK Registered account with valid UK based Banking details and UK Addresses.

·3 weeks agoTry clearing all of your browsing history and cookies on your phone and then re install it. If that doesn't work, I am out of suggestions.
