Ebay Authenticator
I've tried to contact Ebay about my problem but they make it impossible. It appears the Ebay Authenticators have lost part of my order. I purchase an expensive Cartier watch. The seller put an envelope in the parcel containing service information and sent it off to ebay authenticators. When I received the parcel, the envelope marked for me had been opened and part of it had been put in the cartier box and the other part, just a red cartier card holding the service record was missing. How do I email ebay about this. Using the Contact Us button just allows me to make a complaint against the seller, which I do not want to do.
