Ebay shop subscriptions for charity ebay accounts
Hi, I've started working for a local charity setting up and running their ebay account. We get the reduced final value fees for charity of 1.1%, and presently we pay a 36p insertion fee per listed item. Are charities able to take advantage of ebay's shop subscriptions without it affecting the 1.1% final value fee rate for charities? We now have around 250 listings so it would make financial sense to opt for a basic shop subscription with the included 250 listings at £33 a month, if we are able to. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi @the_hoff ,
Thank you for your post.
Yes charity accounts can apply for shop subscriptions and the discounted charity fees remain the same. Shop subscriptions can work out to be better value when listing a larger volume of items.
Thank you,
Kat

OP11 months agoHi Kat, thanks very much for confirming that. How does a charity account go about applying for a shop subscription? Can we do it through the seller hub, or do we have to contact you by phone?
Thank you in advance.
