Is it OK to have a bit of a rant? 😀 Reading about the problems people have on ebay, I've often wondered "why oh why didn't they ask FIRST before doing anything"?
They have a problem, then "do" something, when that still doesn't resolve their problem they come to the boards and ask what to do, by which time if the "proper" thing to do had been done, they wouldn't have got the further problem(s) they've created? ie, they've made it far worse or in a worst case scenario, made it totally unresolveable!
There ought to be "somewhere" where instructions were laid out in a simple way like saying that they should post specific details and for technical issues, they need to say what their device is, what their operating system or app is along with what version they're using.
Sooooo many times you see less than half a tale, often with words missing, shocking spelling (showing that they've not proof-read or read back) awful English and annoyingly, when someone's responded to them, the poster doesn't come back for ages!

OP2 months agoContinuing to read the"problems", it's exasperating reading the things people do, then further the problem with the wrong action before coming to the boards after putting the matter far beyond ever resolving it?
