Fake Products give Ebay a bad name
There is a Seller on ebay who definitely has at least one FAKE item on their site. I bought one of these creams which came in a jar that Elemis has never used researched this to prove a point and the cream smelt nothing like the original. Ebay gave me my money back no quibble but see they have put this product up again (not saying all their stuff isn't original) but tried to fob me up with old stock - yeah right!.

·3 weeks agoAn out of stock reason would give the seller a damaging defect on their account.
If the seller receives too many returns for refunds, this also raises red flags to eBay and can result in the item being removed or selling restrictions and bans.
eBay do not like disappointed buyers.

·2 weeks agoEBAY do not vet anyone, they just rely on people playing fair and by the rules.They are useless when it comes to customer service in terms of human communication.There are bandits out there who buy and sell for a living, but EBAY control nothing. I wont be buying anything from them again and will be derecommending them generally to the UK buying fraternity, will this be held by a moderator ?
