eBay Support good or not?
Summary: saj055 raises concerns about eBay Support's lack of clarity regarding account suspensions. They mention that sellers sometimes receive non-specific responses and are told suspensions are final with no appeal. They seek experiences from others who have faced similar situations and ask if there are any instances where eBay might reconsider suspensions with additional information.
Hi everyone,
I’ve noticed that some sellers are having difficulty getting clear answers from eBay Support regarding account suspensions.
For example, if an account is permanently suspended, and the seller contacts eBay Support to ask for the specific reason, sometimes they are simply told that the decision is final and that no further appeal is available.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Is a permanent suspension always non-appealable, or are there situations where eBay may reconsider the decision if the seller can provide additional information or documentation?
I’d really appreciate hearing from experienced sellers who have dealt with a similar situation.
Thanks in advance!

You need to first log out of this UK site and log into www.ebay.com then ask the community there. https://community.ebay.com
Here in the UK, when there is a permanent or indefinite suspension , this is a lifetime ban, there is no comeback, no appeal to overturn the decision, and Customer Service agents will not discuss the matter , but direct you to any message eBay must have sent to you.
