Change language
I live in the UK, my eBay application in English language, but I receive all emails from ebay in Italian language! So I want to change the received mails into English language.

·10 months agoChanging your Address and other UK details will make no difference as your Italy site of registration will remain as Default and cannot be changed --- a newly registered UK Based account is needed,

·10 months agoYou may have changed them, and they look registered, but they are registered on your Italian eBay account, so you will still receive emails in Italian.
You cannot change the country of registration on your account yourself. You will need to open a new account in the UK, and may well need eBay Customer help here.
I recommend contacting CS first thing when lines first open for 'live agents' at 8 a.m. on weekdays, and 9 a.m. on weekends as there's more chance of Dublin answering, only speak to them.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.
Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.
I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

·10 months agoThat won't solve the problem of an overseas registration. It is impossible to get rid of any overseas links in an account which then messes everything up, for sales and purchases.

·10 months agoYou are registered as being in Italy. That's going to cause so many issues I suggest you open a new account on ebay.co.uk with all UK details.
