Cannot use Custom Postage

I buy and sell gb stamps, many of which are below £20. Ihave just spent ages preparing a listing for six used stamps which I want to list at £3. I want to charge 91p for postage but am unable to do so. Custom postage has no options and so I would have to use eBay's Simple delivery. There, the cheapest option is "large letter. I do not want to charge any potential buyer over £2 postage for a £3 item and so I saved the listig for later. Does anyone know a solution to this problem please? It's beginning to look as though I'll have to stop selling on eBay.

·3 weeks agoI have found a workaround that has worked successfully on my private seller account.
You do not need to change your account to a business seller account. “Business Policies” is simply eBay’s name for reusable postage, payment and return settings, and private sellers can use them.
Go to:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/bp/manage
Opt in to Business Policies, select “Create policy”, then create a Postage policy containing your required Royal Mail service, postage charge and dispatch time.
When creating your listing, select the saved postage policy instead of trying to add the service through the broken Custom Postage menu.
I have tested this and it allowed me to list successfully despite receiving the “There aren’t any options available” error through the normal postage section.
This is a workaround for listings where Custom Postage should normally be available. It will not override Simple Delivery on items where eBay genuinely makes Simple Delivery compulsory.

All you can do is to change the category or sub category until it does show.
Perhaps see which category other stamp sellers are using.

No point asking CS when, as they will just say eBay are aware and working on the issue!
