anybody else had the misfortune to buy something from direct vacuums?
Will now have to go through some godforsaken process to get my money back; will avoid ebay like the plague if this is the quality of companies on it

·5 months agoOil heater started leaking oil from base where the electrical cables, item still under warranty, first contact was on Feb. 5th with hopeful promise to replace it, customer support keep giving promises to replace item but nothing done, just ptomises promises
