·1 month agodo you mean you have paid? or the offer has been accepted and you have paid?
Only a seller can cancel an order - but you can only request a cancellation - does not mean they will.
If they don't cancel and they ship the item - you'll then need to open a return request.
If they don't cancel but don't ship - you can open an item not received case with ebay once the expected delivery date has passed.
