Incorrect returns label from seller
Summary: buyitbuyit2 raised a return with a seller for a faulty item, but was sent an incorrect postage label that cannot be processed at the Post Office. As a Post Office Counter Clerk, they know that the label should be a QR code. Despite reaching out to the seller, they have not received a response and are seeking guidance on how to contact eBay directly for support. **peaseblossom** suggests that they can contact eBay through a phone link, providing a specific URL for assistance.
I have raised a return with a seller for a faulty item . They have sent an incorrect postage label . I’m a Post Office Counter Clerk and know what they have sent won’t be able to be processed in the Post Office . It needs to be a QR code that is scanned and a label is then printed in the post office . This will then create a receipt as proof of postage . I have messaged the seller but they haven’t responded. How to I raise the issue with EBay directly ? Is there a phone number as I’m just going round in circles .
