I brought a couple of items on the 31st of May estimated delivery date was the 5th to the 12th of June one of the items I have received but the other has literally been wiped off the face of the earth I put the item number in and it just tells me order not found , I've tried to message the seller but has not got a option to do so ... so sent an email to the company but no reply.. anyone help with what I should do

OP1 month agoI've gone through all that its like im chasing shadows walking in circles and ending up at square 1 again I've spoken to that chat ai Robot that's no help either

That is only from your phone though. It doesn't work on a PC or laptop.
It's possible the seller's account has been suspended. If so you may have to contact your payment provider and request a refund or chargeback from them.
