eBay Customer Support
Ebay used to have brilliant customer support for problems encountered - whether selling or buying. You could talk to a real person. Now it seems that you can't? Is this correct?
I can't even find a contact (email address) to send feedback to - if someone knows an address that you can write to please let me know and thanks in anticipation.
Very disappointing and a massive backward step IMO
