I purchased an item several weeks ago, first the company said the item didn't clear customs and was returned to them, they asked me what I wanted to do.So I said resend (thought strange as never had an issue like this happen before). They said OK.I asked for the expected arrival date, only reply was, OK.Just been looking for the company on Ebay, cant find them anywhere and the tracking details say it hasn't been sent and the arrival details are several weeks away.I have tried messaging but no reply.How do I get Ebay involved now
