I recently purchased a pipe stretcher, payment was accepted and then refunded by the seller.Reason given supposedly a dangerous item to ship.I checked a few minutes ago and the seller still has several of these items for sale.I'm worried it is some sort of scam, how do I find out what the real issue is.Trying to contact Ebay seems to get harder daily
