glitches in sales
Hi, I have sold and sent an item , two days later the same item is said to be sold and ready to post. I'm guessing its a glitch ?
Any ideas how to sort? I don't want to cancel this new order as it may cancel out previous one too. Thank you.

·1 month ago · EditedIs it showing the same buyer, or a different buyer. If so and it is a different buyer then have you sold the same item twice?
Also of course have you been paid twice by different buyers, if so then you have a problem.
Your sales only show two different items on the 23rd so any other sale sounds like a glitch and would only need action if someone paid you.
