·1 month agoRogue buyers will always abuse returns. Adverts need to clearly show what is for sale and descriptions must be accurate. A legal return policy also helps, as does having the right account.

You lead with a photo of six dogs - but its obvious to me you are only selling 1.
But - by having your primary image be a box of 6 - that is what a customer might expect.
To add - you have a lot of listings of New products and are using stock photography - if those are items you are buying to resell - you might well need to be on a business account. That would help you if your concern is returns - as your listings are No returns. Therefore - for any reason of return - the buyer would open up an item not as described reason. With a business account - you would have to accept returns for any reason - but you might find some users open up returns for change of mind - for those, you wouldn't be liable to pay for the return.
