WRONG SIZED ITEM SENT BUT RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED AND CLOSED BY EBAY
I bought size 6 shoes, received size 8 shoes . The seller is refusing to accept a return and Ebay has just closed the return request. Any ideas where i go from here. Thanks

·2 weeks agoWhat reason did you open for the return? If it was Did not Fit - then Private Sellers can refuse these returns.
In future, you should open a return request for Item Not as Described, which a private seller cannot refuse.
Now - you can either contact ebay to see if they will alter the return, or you'd need to speak to your payment provider.

·2 weeks agoSounds like you opened a 'change of mind' return as they 'did not fit'. Sellers can reject those. Open a 'not as described' return (they sent the wrong size) and it will sort itself out.
