Using stock photos
I purchased a enamel egg on eBay the pictures or description never mentioned the damage on the egg. Also the pictures on the listing turn out to be taken from a auction website years ago. They weren't pictures on the listing showing the egg in the state it's in now. I thought stock photos were against eBays rules for used items?

·1 week agoThis was a lazy seller not bothering to use their own photos which definitely needed to be used here, as their item was not perfect.
If you are still happy to keep the item you can ask the seller to give you a partial refund, but this is not mandatory for them to do this, but you are entitled to a full refund if you are still in time, just proceed as below.
