Unable to return product - disappeared from listings

I purchased a product but want to return it.

Completed the return and was then sent an email with a link (presumably to a QR code to return the item). However, when I click on the link it states:

Something went wrong

It's not you, it's us. Please go back and try again.It's not you, it's us. Please go back and try again.

When I click on the link from the original purchase email it states:

Order not found

Unfortunately, there has been an error retrieving your order. If you need help, visit our

help pages.

This feels incredibly dodgy that the order has disappeared from my purchases and returns with no way to now return it.

Has anyone else experienced this specific issue. Is it a issue with the website or an dodgy seller?

Any assistance gratefully received.
